RE:PRE-INSPECTION HAS NOT BEEN DONE OR SCHEDULED Anyday, they will release the news of Sales Inspection I beleive because after the processing license , they have to pack it.  
In the case of stock price, it is the best time of accumulation because when they release the news of inspection, then forget this price at that satage. Then it may back to .60cs.
