RE:RE:RE:RE:Is this the only option left?Anyone voting against this is clearly not informed. They will have circa $70 million Dollars in their coffers and paid for assets. Right now the Emblem shares should be closer to $2.20/share and as the deal gets closer, they will be. This deal is converted on a ration of .8377 Aleafia share for each Emblem share, hence the $2.20 valuation. I am definitly voting to accept the deal and I think that everyone else should be too. This is a very positive deal for Emblem and will finally move Emblem where is should be.
