I do not understand why Corvus created such a huge prospectus . They have never spent anywhere close to 30million in a year. I would not expect them to fulfill that cap all in one shot or year for that matter (does the prospectus expire) or issue a warrant unless there is a balanced opportunity lurking. To date no warrants have been issued, ever. Why toss away that feather? I'll be pissed if they add heavily diluted warrants to their bag of tricks.
Perhaps Corvus buys land off of Couer to get the border off of the edge of the pit. This would add some ounces but not enough to prevent heavy dilution as grade got worse as you moved into the Coeur lands adjacent to the pit. Share price may be kept down if we are trading stock for an asset (seen that move lots) 30 million pays for over a hundred of kilometers of drilling.
Maybe we will find out what's going on. Or maybe not. I'm perplexed and it feels like a buy at these levels. I can't find the reason to believe this play has caved in. About to turn multi dimensional. .?!
