The cost of carrying the debt is over $6 million a year. It’s not massive, but if they’re able to decrease their operating margin per gram even further then they’re going to take it.

The debentures are trading so there isn’t one party with all of them, but if one party has a lot of them and a high number of shares, I still don’t think they would own over 15% of the company.
