Very interesting read. Thank You. This could give the regulators grounds to look to these insiders to be controlling the stocks for the company. Something like this if true could lead to a class action for shareholders. This makes for some interesting questions as to why the two board members left. I don’t think I would want to be on that board right now. I hope this is not true
