A footnote that all companies have when they cannot prove their assertions because there isn't the proof sitting in a warehouse that you can sit and count, it is underground as an unknown.  Same as any company that has debt on their books and not enough cash to cover it, look up "of going concern" ya fcking idiot basher.  Kind of like something you should have every time you post, should be a footnote warning everyone that what comes out of your mouth is 99% bullsh!t and best to just put your ignorant a$$ on ignore.
