Cut/slashed operating/mgmt. costs & made the big play for Unilever but no dice. Next dance partner?
Iconic brand market shrinking as consumer tastes change.
Increasing competition from whole/healthier/more convenient food etc.
Price pounding from Amazon & Wal-Mart.

Is there the will & the means/opportunity to reinvent or just ride out current product pipeline, pay down as much debt as possible & see what transpires?
