RE:The delays go on and on,  Unfortunately for you 95% (or more) of the investors in this tech are exclusively focused on E Waste and what is happening with E Waste and what is going to happen with E Waste.... 100 plus tons ( at last count ) of light and heavy fractions spewing out of the Vancouver facility conflicts directly with the durability questions you raise . They are stacking the stuff to the ceiling , I estimate the count will be closer to 200 tons as I type this . i can't speak for everyone but im sure most would content themselves to "cross that bridge" (mining) when they come to it. As far as JBL goes their initial interest is AAA feed stock and that is what they are focused on (for now) . If the mood strikes them they can excercise their option , expand their ambitions, and acquire everything. I am good either way...... You are too late with your concerns , that ship sailed away Jan 23 when they loaded the truck for Quebec.
