RE:No wonder they wanted a RS, huge dilution coming this yearThe averages for those warrants are an exercise price of $0.94 and represent an aggregate value of $45,816,994. Which compared to our market cap (560MM), really isn't that much dilution. But it's good to know people like you freak out over a potential 10% dilution factor.
