Volume & Activity Question

Volume & Activity Questionabove average volume today.  I've never seen this before (i'm not a trader) but at about 11am, Sellers started posting sell orders of 47000 or 47500 shares at .185 every 10 or so seconds for about 26 minutes.
Then at 11:27 it changed to sell orders of 11000 or 11500 shares every 10-15 seconds for 3 minutes.
At 11:30 it changed $.19 in orders of 58500 or 59000 every 9-10 seconds until 11:33am
then 11:33am changed to 49500 or 50000 shares...with a few changes in size, but now it was every 2-3-4  seconds until 12:06pm....

then it stopped for a bit and resumed in smaller amounts around 1:51pm for 45minutes...

Has anyone ever seen this type of activity? I've never seen this before as i'm not a trader....is this driven by computer algorithyms, a good or bad sign? maybe falling on someone's radar....

Hoping someone could shed some light please.
cheers,
NB
