GTEC had their backers dump all their cheap paper for whatever reason and leave them broke at $.50 cents.

Invictus and GTEC have alot of the same bodies involved, so the plan was to save them by inhaling them. Just another mouth to feed - we already have 3 licenses and a 4th on the way - what we need now is a strong share price to raise big dollars to grow this out. And that, I assume, is the entire plan.

GTEC still owes us $2M bucks for the bridge loan, pay up.
