Commit To Vote

Commit To VoteIf you don't like this deal, commit to vote your shares NO. If you are in Vancouver, show up in person to the vote to send an even stronger message.

It's easy to think the board of directors has this vote on lockdown, but I do not believe that is so - this board does not control nearly enough shares by themselves to carry a Yes vote except if shareholders are apathetic and don't vote. There are large shareholders outside the board that probably feel the same way as many of us have expressed on this forum:
- Bob Washer, 12 million shares. The current board kicked him out... can't imagine he's wanting to do these guys any favors.
- At least two investment funds I'm aware of with many millions of shares who stand to get heavily diluted in this deal (with more to possibly come given Titan's history).
- I am aware of a few multi-million share private investors and I'm sure there are more in the woodwork. I know that two of them think this deal is complete rubbish.

I don't know how any of those shares will actually commit come voting day, but I haven't seen anyone outside of the board of directors say this is a "good deal". I think there are easily tens of millions of possible No votes and combined with the tens of millions of shares controlled by smaller investors it is entirely possible to vote this deal down. But you have to vote.

(if you do like this deal, I'd encourage you NOT to vote)
(just kidding. everyone should vote, but if you really do think this is a good deal, please tell me why... I'm open to changing my mind.)
