RE:RE:EPO Update

EPO to chat with QNC to clarify the referenced “minor item”. The important aspect is that the EPO isn’t satisfied how the passage is presented re D1,figure 9 stuff. No one is saying the invention is bad; they are only saying this particular explanation has to be changed in the documentation because it isn’t correct.
