RE:RE:RE:RE:activity Could be a few things.  Word of a new contract.  Set up for a large cross.  Set up for pricing employee performance grants.  A financing, though doubtful.  Just plain old good reaction to much better sentiment about China. 

Outside the box, perhaps a Federal gov't investment in the company on infrastructure/climate change grounds.  Its an election year and the Libs love throwing money at innovation.  But, oh ya, its a Conservative riding.  

Worth looking into rather than amateurish hoping and speculating.   Share what we find.  GL
