RE:YodaLayhehoo and Johnwith30years You are very welcome.  There is a lot of noise out there but following my analysis it looked to me after the huge drop like the best risk/reward in Canada.  The next quarter is their best and th eprice depends somewhat I think on the timing and dollar value of the assets sold. If they announce Ripley before next quarterly ER we may see another dollar and if good valued asset sales another $3 in total so we could see 20.50 after those announcements and then even more if ER surprises on the upside.  A surprise rise in interest rates will cause a short term dip but I hold to my price target of 24 by Jan 2021   as being a conservativ eone.  Thanks for nice feedback.  Cheers
