Been too busy to listen to the call -- did they give any further explanation at all of the decision to pursue strategic alternatives? Or on their troubles securing "appropriate scalable sources of capital"? My guess is no. But it's all a bit puzzling. They have 20 million cash and access to two debt facilities totaling $20 million, which when they signed were supposed to be replicated "many times over." Is the problem lack of demand for mortgage streams or their inability to secure financing for that business on attractive terms?
