Destinator highlights a key point with this chart. We are pennies away from all time lows.  Think of the money spent the last 18 years.  There are a 100 more qualified CEO’s that would kill for assets like uex corporation.  I would prefer putting all of UEX on care and maintenance rather than letting this guy burn through more money bumbling around without any regard for whether the expenditures will ever bring value to the company.
