I don’t think they’ve ever released the exact size of JK but I remember talking to management or heard it’s between 6k and 16k sqft ,pictures look like it’s about 10k  IMO Phase 2 20k sqft greenhouse expansion + potentially outdoor permit . I put the link for financials but look at note 16 . They have 1.5 million set aside for North Roads when all the dust settles from by laws . Just Kush is built out for cultivation now /expensed and it’s just share to settle when cultivation license is announced . I could spoon feed you a bunch more Info but do some DD and get back to me with specific questions if you still have some . I’ve been a shareholder her for almost 5 years and probably one of the longest members on this board . Oh and Yes Michelle is bitter and has been for a while lmao
