Am i upset that this has performed so poorly, absolutely. Yesterday was a clear reversal in the downtrend from when it uolisted to the tsx but let's be realistic. Take into account the convertible debentures with a forced conversion price of 3.43 and the strong resistance between 2.36-2.45, how likely is this thing going to pass that?

Who cares if it forces conversion? Who says they convert all of the debentures, you are still allowed to pay down a percentage or all of the principal. So they may only convert a fraction of the overall alotment. I honestly believe that they will not convert 100% of the debentures and will choose to repay some of the outstanding debt. If you are an investor, then you are in this for at least a 1-2 year time horizon from legalization. It shouldn't concern you about 2019, the only thing that really should is fundemental performance.
