Anyone plunking money down on RBI better take a look at how he has run SMV a great shell into the ground .... after numerous rollbacks over the years finally after more than a decade mangaged to put a sucker deal into SMV which is now trading as BKMT .....no money to be made at all for existing shareholders which have been diluted into nothingness ..... just a ton of cheap stock issued to insiders which it looks like they are now blowing out into the market ..... a classic case history of how to destroy a well structured shell .... Expect the same from his handling of RBI .... rollback after roll back getting rid of existing shareholders and then issue a truckload of stock to insiders so they can blow it out at cheap prices .... SMV was a great shell and it was completely destroyed .... run as far from RBI as you can !!!!!
