I too am a little bit concerned about the dilutive effect of the DRIP program, even if premium DRIP is now abolished.   But are you sure your share count numbers are correct?   I thought present share count was more like 275 million, not the 223 mil you cite.  If so, rising to 282 million in 2020 is not such a big deal.  Please check and be sure.   A recent post on the topic of the short position relative to overall share count, cited a current share count of 275 mil or so.   You can't both be right.
