Actually, I have been invested here for a very long time and they have always been truthful until now. So I do disagree with that. They have said many, many things to indicated there were no funding issues and reiterated many times that there were no dire financial problems as well as that they were hoping to raise money at a later date and at better prices because of that.
The idea that raising 20% below market is not a big f-you to current investors is ludicrous.
I am not going to sell my shares in a panic but to me with this move they have absolutely and completely lost my trust.
That is just my take on it but I have had ample communications with them over the years and yeah with this move I do feel betrayed and it most certainly does feel like a "snake" move.
As far as “the science” is concerned – yeah, sure but once you have established that what they say can’t be trusted, a lot of things become very tough to evaluate. I will give it a few weeks because I don’t want to chase things down but to me it is time to find an exit point.
