Wish I shorted this last summer when I considered it. Good side is they have cash. Bad side is the sales growth plans are desperate. Walmart is notorious for low low margins and gas stations delivery logistics I imagine are not great. Still trading well over 2 x NAV so they need some cash flow growth and it seems the concept is good (theoretically) but consumers seem reticant to flock to them. I've been watching the one near me and it's not too busy from what i can see. I think its a skin of the teeth proposition and I will look closely if it goes on fire sale or if some amazing news happens otherwise I wish you good luck. Looks like this one needs some.
