So .....approx $2.2M in impairment (loss) charges as a result of cutting CLV and ETEA loose. EB convertible debenture changed to a simple vanilla loan (next to go ????) & an LOI for FREIA Farmaceutical (Italian co) from back on Oct 23/18 which they neglected to mention til now. The compensation is pretty self explanatory. So glad they are diluting this to death so they can fund all those companies simply to walk away and with impairment losses!
