RE:RE:RE:bilzthe value for ignite was around 150 million US .. back than ALQ issued 5 million bucks in a convertible that converted at the 150 million valuation. 

will have to see what kind of money they can actually raise and what kind of sales they actually have. 

His father was charges with stock fraud/ so i dont think any decisions will be based on the well being of shareholders.
