RE:Proxy Battle Looming for KnightYour bang on with your tax loss comment not sure at this share price you wouldnt have a line up to buy them out. It appears there would need to be a large premium to acquire them and knight would definitely be a good fit. How about a 1 to 1 share swap. It would only add 27 or so million shares and dramatically boost there profits.
