They are quite an incentive to keep good senior employees around, especially if the company shows promise and the awarded employees have a direct impact on company performance. This is truth! I don't know why Chris Damas is confused by 10 year options. Seems to me like someone with an axe to grind but what can you do other than point out how wrong they are.
