Senior Officer Robinder Chhabra, Chief Corporate Development Officer, acquired 10,723 shares around mid-December.

Rafael Ashkenazi, CEO, acquired 66,600 at $19.50 on November 30, 2018. 

Marlon Goldstein, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officwer and Secretary acquired approximately 51,000 shares from the end of November 2019 through January 2019.

These were significant acquisitions in and of themselves and relative to their prior holdings. They were clearly indicating that the dramatic sell-off had been overdone.


But what about Blackstone selling millions of shares?
