I had a guy one time

I had a guy one timethat I rented to.  He owed me rent and did considerable damage to the place.  When I phoned him he threatend me and my family.  I asked a couple of cops I knew what to do about it and they said "make him want to pay you"!  For a couple of hundred dollars you can get a couple of good old boys with a baseball bat to teach him a thing or two about honour and to come to the right decision.  I'm hoping that a postal worker might be on the short end of this stick and have a lead solution.  I'd pay to see that !
