lawsuit

lawsuitdoes anyone have any information on the lawsuit issued from VRT.  from my understanding LIHT had issues with VRT's partnership on a joint project at sun-grown in washington state,and have refused to pay due to issues from that.  Not sure of all the details.  I would assume that has something to do around the timing of Linda removing herself from the VRT board. man, it's like everything that woman has touched is to the detriment of LIHT shareholders.  
anyways, does anyone out there have some light to shed on the subject?
