What is driving the volume?

Perhaps those in the know appreciate the significance of CO2 Foliar on pathogens? Perhaps this will have a strong bearing on a positive HC ruling? It sounds like we could get a much cleaner less tainted product with Foliar Spray. Just a guess from a numbers guy .....but something is driving this.
