Mars,

I believe regulation did not allow for the vending machines. There was no cost for thinking about this so no harm no foul. My understanding on the delivery side is that it is tied into the dispensary in California but it has not been set up to do so at this time but may be in the future. They do have the ability to deliver tomorrow, however, due to security and staffing reasons have not yet done so..
