RE:Split rarely benefits I have the same feeling about this reverse splitting. I would not expect it to go down to 2 which would be more than 50%, but I am sure the NASDAQ listing will not help this stock. I can also agree with "display_name" that sometimes it makes sense to bring down your average price by constantly buying, but there comes a point where you are heavily invested in a small and totally unknown company and as you mentioned - the way back is terrible long if it comes back at all...
