RE:HIP, Takeover target? All true,  but I have seen dozens of posts like this since last summer. Hip is free money to some company, but right now it is pocket change that has been dropped that nobody cares about. Positive Q4 earnings or completion of stage 2 expansion will change that,  it until then HIP is a discarded nickel.
