RE:RE:Insider buyswell they are saying the stock price at 6.70 is too low. 
but they are saying they will  fix it by growing the profits of the company and make
even biggger profits by a) recyling the buildlings- .ie. buy low and sell high, so they just sold off
25 % of their GTA portfolio, thereby crystallizing a gain on GTA properties,
b) reinvest in new distressed properties and generate more revenue
c) cut the dividend to save money to buy more profitable buildings
D) restructure to lower cost longer term fixed debt
d) throwing into the mix a NCIB to buy back shares

I agree with a)and b) but c ) and D) seem to be counterintutiive.

I think the money spent on the NCIB will outweigh the amount of money saved on cutting dividends.
I think it if it just focused on growing the company and keeping the dividends stable while it make the company more profitable.

I just think it will take a long time before we see the return on the increased growth to fix the stock
