RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:It doesn't matter what TOS reports for Q4We'll have to wait and see what's reported over the next few quarters but to clarify a few points on my numbers. First is that although TOS sold 21 units in Q4 I only recognize revenue for the 12 that were shipped.  If ... and to your point it's a big if right now, the backlog is worth 2.4M at 100k asp (24 units sold and pending shipment).

Personally I hope TOS is selling for a minimum asp of 100k per unit. Also we must realize that all of the Getinge leads that are closed through 2019 will incur higher sales costs due to the Getinge comission, whereas assuming similar asp's on internally generated sales, these will carry higher margin - but of course we will likely never know this mix from Q to Q, but at least it will end starting Q1_2020 and margins should then take a bump up (sales, consumables and service).

I'm just straight line and have made no provision for 50K special deals to get units placed. As far as I'm concerned if we have to do that lets get a new management team in asap! Thats bullsh!t. Management can play with the model but at the end of the day the economics have to work out the same. You can't write bad business!

I still don't see the need for additional financing and dilution. If I sense that coming I'm voting management out and probably selling. Personally I think Courage is going to make a killing on their TOS investment and they will be forced to convert the 1st lien into shares and generating necessary cash for a manufacturing restart.

Anyway, that's a ways off. Good luck in the mean time!
