Congratulations, it has come a long way since I was in Lumby last April, the locals were very excited , growing up in Vernon I can only imagine the loyalty and dedication of locals, this will be a multi generational commitment, we have all heard of people that worked at GM or Ford and their fathers works there and there children will work there, that's the legacy you have created in Lumby, be proud, you have completed the first step that will effect multiple generations of families and their pets. Lumby will never be the same and this is something you are responsible for,, the first of many, McDonald's Granville & No.3 Rd Richmond was the first McDonald's outside of America in 1971, just look at McDonald's now. 48 years later, this is a legacy you will experience in your lifetime.
