This is truly amazing how SM can sell 1/2 his shares two weeks ago and have the stock go from .75 down to .265.

SM says nothing about it, in the meantime, the guys who built his company are left scrambling.

Why does he not say anything?

This non communication reflects very badly on CUV.

He needs to tell us owner what is going on.
