Its Clayton Valley Project in the Clayton Valley of central Nevada for the exploration and development of lithium resources, comprises 950 claims over 23,360 acres (9,450 hectares). In addition, the Company is focused on new processing technologies for lithium through its collaboration with global multinational technology partners such as Tenova Advanced Technologies, at the process testing, engineering, and design stage on the Clayton Valley Project.

I have heard the same thing they need a partner to get things going,the word is they need 25 million to get things up and running.
PE dose have one of the best if not the best Lithium properties in North America.If it's true and they need that kind of money it won't be at 10 cents.
