Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Health Canada

I notice on Health Canada that the info has not changed. Still says there is a No Objection Letter from Sept 2018 and that Trial Status is pending. Hopefully they will get this going so that we could see 6 month data before the end of the year. Hopefully, they will have the 100 patients selected and ready to go when given the green light.
