Heavy buying today......first time I've seen a stock

Heavy buying today......first time I've seen a stockrise after a PP announcement at lower prices.  I suspect it is already fully subscribed, thats my guess.   However we know Cannastrips are in production, Reveur posted a vendor open house on Instagram, and more dispensaries will be added soon.
