RE:RE:RE:Arbitration ScenarioWell let's hope we don't need to get there and we are taken off the market by Jul-Aug by Minesa. Did we settle the question to what happens to CVRs in a buyout? In my opinion, whether it is buyout or award, the payment waterfall from the last week's NR would remain the same. Now CVR is 90% and equity 10%. However, before this 90-10 split, there are payments to be made for debt and MIP, as per waterfall. Also, there are some safeguards for equity as well + other nuances. If we are looking at $750M buyout / award, equity should get US$0.3 to US$6 per share, per my high level calculations.
