The fund is an actively managed exchangetraded fund ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing under normal circumstances at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in securities of companies that derive at least 50% of their net revenue from the marijuana and hemp business and in derivatives or other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. It is nondiversified. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in securities of companies that derive at least 50% of their net revenue from the marijuana and hemp business and in derivatives or other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. How can the price be down if the market is closed? Who looks at level 2 at 8am before the market opens? Professionals only look to see all the idiots with stop loss and sell orders

Market makers and insiders are accumulating, volume has dried up, and the bands are getting tight. This is ready for a pop, but it will take real news. News that is money, not paying for a sponsorship at SXSW.

Price does not move on fundamentals and price does not move because you are impatient. Right now traders are making money, if you are not a trader then shut up and wait.
