RE:RE:Brookfield's intentionsI think Kelso put his finger on it. Brookfield could do a non-dilutive secondary offering. It would be similar to an IPO except the company would not be selling any shares - only Brookfield selling a portion of their holdings - so there would be no new shares issued. With a sufficient number of shares being available for trading, the market could properly determine the correct price for the shares. This would be a good way for Brookfield to maximize the value of its holdings in PDL.
