Hardeman Basin Opportunity

~600 Net Boed low cost oil production (93% oil, ~$10/boe lifting cost)
~$5MM NTM PDP cash flow, ~$21MM PDP PV-10 at current strip pricing
~28,000 net acre position in the Hardeman Basin (primary targets include the Atoka conglomerate and Chappel carbonate formations)
Considerable infrastructure including gas gathering and SWD system including lines and 3 active SWD wells
~250 sq. mi. of licensed 3D seismic across the position to maximize opportunities
