I am thinking oil price’s have bounced back 25 % this year to add major cash flow with hedges still in play .

Maybe a deal is on the table?
One thing is clear , G&A is out of control and this needs to be addressed, insiders need to buy more stock or give them the boot!

They sell any assets this cost will ballon higher , and the board knows this so they are in a box .

Texas will sell faster , Dixonville will be give away .
Either way the stock is worth way more to a take over or merger .

Either way change is coming..
