Why would anyone think otherwise? Their facility is still not completed and they have done some reformulating to their product while a new set of regulation has been passed down to the industry in California.
The industry is booming, rapidly, but is still in an early stage, and hopefully the industry gets a big push with the next election leading to federal acceptance.
There is no denying Tinley has a great product which is completely unique, but to expect anything from a company that does not have their permanent bottle facility completed is a little premature. If you are going to judge the company on the merrits of fundamentals then wait a couple of quarters past the completion of the Long Beach facility and see if they have acquired any third party bottling agreements while comparing quarterly growth.
