Retrofitting is much faster than building the building but you are right.

Thing is though who says canna hemp isnt blowing ama out of the at this point. They could be buying cbd for the mean time to reach their current client demands.   Canna hemp is the one to watch imo. I think most believe we are capped at 5 mill a q with current  capacity .  If they are buying elsewhere canna hemps growth is already out of orbit. Everything is right there it’s just what are you looking at.
