Another Jwaneng?

Another Jwaneng?"The Jwaneng diamond mine is the richest diamond mine in the world and is located in south-central Botswana."

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jwaneng_diamond_mine

The Botswana Minister of Mines has confirmed that another 'Jwaneng' has been discovered in Botswana.

Given that Ghaghoo, Lerala and BK11 mines are all on care and maintenance, there are only two operating diamond miners in Botswana. Those two are DeBeers(Debswana) and Lucara.

Regardless of who owns the new discovery at the moment, who will eventually own/operate this mine?

Interesting question.
