They will hopefully be prepared if and when HC revokes with an alternate plan to give shareholders hope and add value to the stock. I was going to wait for that eventual disaster and hope to buy .10$ shares should it get that low but I don't believe it will. Theres no way the company will release an NR saying that HC has revoked our licenses and we have no plan moving forward. Once a viable (or even potentially viable) path forward is laid out people will reinvest as the value of the propertys, products, intellectual property, US assets and licenses as well as employees (if they are allowed to continue on) will become apparent. Their property and licenses in Nevada alone could be worth what TGIF is this year as build out continues. Its the uncertainty thats keeping the sp down right now. This is all just my opinion and I encourage anyone to do their own research and go with their gut but I sense a good rebound is coming and I'm going to try and cash in on it. THCs financials will not impress in January and the sp will hover around mid 30s until spring financials showing some good revenues or until JM actually does something to advance the company and I wouldn't bet on number 2 happening.
